About Us:
Bar Down Hockey Academy is a high performance camp that specializes in developing strong fundamentals of the game of hockey. We offer instruction to both players and goalies covering the essential elements of skilled hockey.
Our curriculum includes: power skating (advanced edge work, explosive speed) shooting, stick-handling, conditioning, angling and physical play.

Our Summer 2025 Main Camp is a full-day hockey program that operates out of East End Arena.
In 2025, Main Camp is designed for players born in 2008 to 2020.
We have sold out the past 16 years, so register early.
